Obama’s Homeland Security now targets Sr. Citizens

Loss of liberty comes in increments.  In Obama’s AmeriKa, this was the case in Leesburg Florida, where Homeland Security thugs descended on the local Social Security office.  Brandishing Assault Weapons and dogs, they demanded the elderly “show us your papers.” 

What a great way to reduce the number of people on Social Security.  You simply scare them to death.  You can intimidate others to the point where they will be too frightened to apply for the benefits they paid in to for 50 years.  In that way, Obama can partially cover the 500 Billion Dollars he stole from Medicare to offset the cost of Obamacare. 

The intimidation of the elderly was part of what’s called “Operation Shield.”  It’s billed as detecting the presence of allegedly unauthorized and potentially disruptive or dangerous activities.  Yup. According to Obama’s Homeland Security, the elderly are now added to returning white Veterans as prime terrorist threats in America.  Perhaps they should have called the action “Operation Prostate,” or “Operation Viagra.” 

So let’s see what America has become in a short period of time:  (a) As of one year ago, the President now has the authority to shut down any website he wants to censor opposition and communication between people.  (b) Under Amendments to the National Defense Authorization Act quietly signed by Obama on New Years Day 2012, he can have virtually any American citizen picked up, stripped of constitutional protections and held indefinitely.  They will simply disappear. (c) The most responsible members of society are now being held up as potential “enemies of the state.” 

Do you see where this is going?  Even in Nazi Germany, it took years of incremental encroachment and propagandizing to achieve the police state.  Obama has only been in office for three years.

If December 7^th was to be “A day that would live in infamy,” on Wednesday December 14^th 2011, congress approved a new rule for the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that will go one better. 

Pressured by President Barack Obama, any American citizen can be indefinitely imprisoned without counsel if they are deemed by the White House to pose a threat to the security of America.  Obama threatened to Veto the legislation unless this provision was inserted.  But what does this really mean? 

In April of 2009, Obama’s head of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano declared that the greatest threat to the Security of America seemed to be returning “right wing” vets and conservatives.  

Her criteria distributed to law enforcement identified alleged “right wing Militia members” as people opposed to abortion on demand, listeners to conservative talk radio and owners of firearms. 

Previous Obama signed legislation gave the President power to shut down websites and web hosting providers without the need to validate this decision other than repeating the mantra of “national security.”  

As such, it is not unreasonable for people to suspect that America is heading towards ominous times, in a society where constitutional protections are becoming artifacts of the past.  History has shown that when a legislature gives a national leader dictatorial power, this is exactly what they become.

America Marches towards a Police State in New Bill

In a bi-partisan effort by Senatorial big mouth weenies, a new bill will create a de facto national military police force.  It’s the usual “bi-partisan” result of what happens when you breed left wing Progressives Democrats like Carl Levin with big mouth turncoats like Alleged Republican John McCain.   

You remember John McCain don’t you?  He’s the one who acted so bravely as a POW in Viet Nam and fawned like an effete coquette when running against Barack Obama.  He loves “crossing the isles” to shaft the American people with a smirk.  Even the ACLU is upset and I agree with them. 

The bill will be voted on today, which may make November 28^th “a day that will live in infamy.”  Essentially, the Senate will vote on a bill that would define the whole of the United States as a “battlefield,” allowing the U.S. military to arrest American citizens as they walk the streets or sit in their homes while watching football or Dancing with the Stars. 

“The Senate is going to vote on whether Congress will give this president—and every future president — the power to order the military to pick up and imprison without charge or trial civilians anywhere in the world. The power is so broad that even U.S. citizens could be swept up by the military and the military could be used far from any battlefield, even within the United States itself,” writes Chris Anders of the ACLU Washington Legislative Office. 

The bill was drafted in secret by Senator’s Carl Levin and John McCain.  It was then passed in a closed door committee meeting without any hearing.  You can read it in sections 1031 and 1032 of the NDAA bill. 

In 1878, Congress passed the Possee Comitatus Act http://www.dojgov.net/posse_comitatus_act.htm which keeps our military from acting as a national police force.  This little known law has been a benchmark in keeping America free of being transformed into a police state under an emasculated constitution. 

In the past, Homeland Security has characterized behavior such as buying gold, owning guns, using a watch or binoculars “suspiciously, and a host of other ridiculous criteria as suspect.  This Bill combines politicized Homeland Security logic with the United States Military as average Americans become potential targets of anti-terrorist laws.  It goes along with politically correct refusal to profile.  

This is an excellent example of what our Founding Fathers feared most about government.  And even if the bill fails to pass, it’s a touchstone of a dark future in a nation being told that “government is your friend.”

The Obama Administration opts for Islam over the education of children

Can a newly hired employee in a key position simply walk away from their contractual responsibilities to school children?  According to Obama’s Justice Department, they can if they are Muslim. 

Safoorah Khan began teaching in 2007 in Berkeley School District 87 about 15 miles west of Chicago.  She was the only qualified math teacher in the school where she taught. 

After teaching the students for a few months, she requested three weeks off to perform a Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca.  Every adult Muslim is supposed to do this at least once in their lifetime.  There is no pressing need to do this in any particular year. 

Khan never informed the school district of her intentions when she was hired several months before.  Indeed, she could have given years notice of her intent and accommodations could have been made.  After being denied this in the middle of her first school year, Khan up and walked out on the kids.   

Immediately after Barack Hussein Obama won the 2008 Presidential election,  Khan contacted the Department of Justice who took up her cause.

This writer has had many legal dealings with the Department of Justice.  Essentially, they go to the accused or “Respondent” and demand, “Either bow to our will or we will spend as much time and taxpayer money as possible to browbeat you into submission and bankruptcy.”  Under such overwhelming power to coerce, organizations and companies simply give in and work out a settlement. 

This is what happened here.  In October 2011, The Berkeley School District not only gave in, but agreed to pay Khan $75,000 in lost back pay, compensatory damages and attorney’s fees.  They had no choice.  To do anything else would bankrupt their district.

In addition, the district must now provide mandatory training on religious [Muslim] accommodations to all board of education members and school supervisors.  It’s the ultimate Justice Department warning that they must bend to future Muslim demands. 

Obama’s Department of Justice claimed that this was a religious issue under the Civil Rights Act of 1964, but was it?  As a new hire, Khan obviously kept her intent secret until getting the job.  She then chose to leave her students high and dry in full knowledge of the fact that in a small district with no replacement, it’s almost impossible to get a math certified teacher for only three weeks. 

Given the fact that there was no pressing religious need and Khan was hired under the reasonable expectation of completing her first year as a teacher, one might conclude that it was little more than a capricious Muslim demand for bowing to special treatment. 

Had this case gone to trial, there was an excellent possibility that a jury would conclude she lied to the School District at time of hire.  This would void her contract. 

But that would require an incredible amount of legal fees on their part that they simply didn’t have.  Thus goes the way of the law when the Justice Department is involved.   They fought for the right of Muslim irresponsibility and special accommodation.  

One might conclude this is a de facto government attempt to force American workplaces to change the way they operate in order to accommodate unreasonable Muslim demands.  It reinforces the principle that where Islamic Law and practice is involved, Americans including children must give way.

Many have felt that Obama’s phony war on Islamists is being done more for domestic consumption than his own feelings. It also comes out that our America hating President wanted to apologize for America winning the war against Japan.

It appears that the Obama State Department made a phone call to the family of Al Qaeda propagandist Samir Khan. It seems that our President and his Muslim sympathetic State Department offered condolences on the part of the American people for killing their Islamist terrorist son during a U.S. drone strike in Yemen.

This has been confirmed by State Department spokesman Harry Edwards while being interviewed by FoxNews. They admitted to making a “condolence call” to Khan’s family in Charlotte, N.C., but declined further details.

The phone apology was first reported by the Charlotte Observer, who confirmed the Thursday October 6, 2011 call. Naturally, the Obama friendly mainstream press avoided publishing this.

So let’s look at the Samir Khan Obama and his cohorts are grieving over. Like all too many traitorous Muslims in America, Khan was an American citizen living in liberal Charlotte North Carolina.

Two years ago, he left for Yemen to help produce “Inspire,” an English language blog. In an early introductory essay, Khan described himself as “proud to be a traitor to America.” He was also the author of “Make a Bomb in the Kitchen of Your Mom.” Sounds like an Obama kind of guy to me.

But wait, that’s not all. Do you remember back in the November 2009 when Obama went to Japan? Rumors were going around that he was going to apologize for America saving the lives of hundreds of thousands of American soldiers by dropping the A Bomb on Hiroshima.

This was denied by the Obama White House, but as usual, they were lying. Thanks to Wikileaks, transmissions from U.S. Ambassador to Japan John Roos cautioned Obama not to do this because the Japanese government did not think it was a good idea.

Roos wrote the cable after his August meeting with Vice Foreign Minister Mitoji Yabunaka. It was reported to Obama lapdog Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that the Japanese government felt “the idea of President Obama visiting Hiroshima to apologize for the atomic bombing during World War II is a ‘non-starter.’ The Japanese felt it would fuel their country’s anti nuke movement.

The cable was first reported by the Japan Times and naturally, that too was hidden by the Obama mainstream press.

He remains mute as the Arab Spring he loves so much is slaughtering Christians in Egypt and seems to be more of a stealth critique of America than a Presidential advocate for the United States.

Is Obama’s last year in office similar to Hitler in his Berlin Bunker?

For anyone intrigued with the History Channel and documentaries of Hitler’s last year in power, the psychology of the Obama administration and Barack in particular seems rather reminiscent.

Obama appears to have become a lone wolf, estranged from his own government and surrounded by sycophants. He is no longer the outgoing politician weaving dreams of positivism among the masses. He surrounds himself by close advisors like Valerie Jarrett and David Axelrod who were with him since the early days of his “Beer Hall Putch.” It’s the Chicago equivalent of Munich Germany.

As with most of Hitler’s generals, members of the Obama government are virtually shut out. In point of fact, Obama doesn’t meet with his Cabinet members other than to get a photo op or two. This includes his Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Tim Geithner.

Decisions are made in the presence of “yes men” (and women) who fill what’s left of Obama’s mind with dreams of past political conquest and lost dreams.

Like Hitler, Obama is quite lazy. His day begins well after 9:00 a.m. after the requisite basketball practice and ends early. He then has dinner in his family residence with his wife and daughters, retreating afterwards into his own mind and fantasy.

Like Hitler, he is an isolated man in a collapsing political world. He leaves his White House bunker only to visit his metaphorical “Hitler Youth” of diehard supporters.

Unlike Hitler and other despot wannabes whose dreams are being shattered by the reality of events, Obama conceded in one television interview recently that Americans are not “better off than they were four years ago.”

As the end neared, Adolf Hitler ordered Albert Speer to totally destroy Germany because the only Germans worthy of survival have already died. Obama’s delusions of betrayal are similar, recently claiming that the nation had “gotten a little soft.” When you run out of scapegoats, you turn on the nation itself.

Am I claiming that Obama is Hitler? No. But the psychology seems eerily similar. Then again, the election of 2012 is one year away.

Hitler hung his dementia on the hopes of “secret weapons.” Obama has them also, including a potential 1 billion dollar war chest. He has tens of millions of devotees who hang on to him like people in the frozen waters enveloping the Titanic, grasping on the sides of life boats in the frigid North Atlantic.

They are like the Germans who were led from the national destruction and shown the death camps, exclaiming “If the Fuehrer only knew.” To a true believer, reality never really gains acceptance and if anything can be said of Obama’s “Hitler Youth,” reality has never been their strong point.

Are the “Wall Street” Demonstrations spreading through America being orchestrated by the White House?

This writer an eyewitness to what’s really going on in the Wall Street protests. I've lived in NYC all my life. I’ve witnessed the demonstrations and have seen what the media won't tell you. The group is typically left. They are strong Obama supporters and doing exactly what Obama trained people like this to do as a Community Organizer.

The group is a mix of radical leftists, Jew haters, social vagrants and spoiled brat college students. It's strongly pro Palestinian/Hamas Muslim , heavily anti- American and overtly anti-Semitic. The media won't tell you about the Nazi/Muslim type Jew hating chants or show you the America hating signs.

They are hiding behind wanting jobs. If that were the case they'd be picketing the White House for destroying the economic recovery. They despise America, capitalism and are strongly pushing to keep Obama in office through intimidation.

They claim to be against “Wall Street greed,” but support an Obama who has been heavily supported by Wall Street and gave them far more payoff money than any other President.

The “World wide Consumerist Movement” a.k.a. anarchist movement was inspired by the Canadian organization Adbusters. It’s a hard left anti-capitalist movement with strong anti-Semitic overtones. This seems to have been taken up by organizations like MoveOn.org, George Soros and other Obama mouthpieces.

Barack Obama is very well trained when it comes to community organizing. Typically, the leaders hang back and let others do the work. And with Obama’s declining political fortunes, what better way to retain power but to frighten an American public into believing that only HE can create stability in America. It’s the playbill of tyrants throughout history. “Give me the power and I’ll make you secure.”

The movement is being joined by unions. In the 1940’s unions were heavily Communist infiltrated. In the 1950’s and 60’s, they morphed into gangster organizations. They are now a mix of gangsterism and Communism.
